The 210's galley area is located to port, with a fiberglass counter, a molded-in sink, one-burner alcohol stove and -- surprising for a boat this small -- pressurized water. A SaniPottie portable toilet and more stowage space is available opposite the galley.

The engine is mounted in a molded fiberglass pan with an automatic bilge pump, separated from the rest of the boat. With the engine box cover moved aside, there is good access to both sides of the big block V-8. Compartments for the battery and outdrive trim pumps are concealed behind a pair of hatches on each side.
In the roomy cockpit, the full-width bench seat across the transom is comfortably padded. At the outboard ends of the bench seat, cushions can be removed to put you closer to the transom for fishing -- and they provide access to a pair of storage hatches in the cockpit sole that are ideal for dock lines and gear.
Forward, a pair of fully adjustable high-back bucket seats for the driver and companion have enough bolster on the sides to hold you in place without feeling like you're jammed in the seat. The helm's tilt steering wheel can be adjusted for standing or sitting operation, and the wrap-around windshield provides excellent wind protection, even when standing.
The dashboard is a surprise (unless you drive a Rolls-Royce daily), since the instrument panel is crafted of beautiful mahogany that gleams under thick layers of maintenance-free resin. A complete set of engine gauges is provided -- and they're easy to read, with white faces and black numerals.
